Summary and Background Information:
The purpose of the meeting is to provide a quick update on the Mile High Greyhound Park redevelopment and to obtain the Board’s direction regarding the deadline for the design guidelines.
The design guidelines need to be approved by the CCURA Board and are not ready for approval. The PSA states the guidelines are to be approved by the Due Diligence date of August 21, 2019. But, the MDA gives a final deadline of November 11, 2019.
