Summary and Background Information: 

The 2019 Budget of the City of Commerce City, Colorado is amended to recognize funds from the Colorado Department of Transportation Grant in the amount of $18,000.00 in Fund 180 to be used for driving under the Influence (DUI) enforcement efforts and the expenditure thereof is hereby authorized (Fund 180).
