RESOLUTION WAIVING DEVELOPMENT-RELATED FEES FOR CERTAIN NEW COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY
Body
City Council has expressed desire for additional commercial development. To help staff with attraction efforts, Resolution 2019-53 proposes waiving pre-determined City-imposed development fees for the development of certain new commercial development projects. Exhibit A of the resolution identifies the fees that shall be waived by the City in compliance with this resolution, if adopted.
