RESOLUTION APPROVING GRANT OF EASEMENT TO SOUTH ADAMS COUNTY WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT

It was agreed between SACWSD and the City of Commerce City that SACWSD would continue to maintain the waterline that serves the Eagle Pointe Recreation Center Project.
A requirement for SACWSD to maintain the waterline is that the waterline is an easement granted to the district.
The district is obtaining a small easement adjacent to an existing easement on City property for a new portion of waterline and fire hydrant that serves the Eagle Pointe Recreation Center.
