Summary and Background Information: On April 15, 2019, council declared a vacancy of the At-Large seat of Crystal Elliott. Ten applications have been submitted for council consideration and the applicants have been invited to attend a special meeting on May 6, 2019. Applicants will be given two minutes each to introduce themselves and convey their interest in filling the vacancy. Council anticipates selecting finalists for a futher vote at the regular business meeting immediately following a brief reception.
