Summary and Background Information

City Council requested a study session to discuss the possibility of extending no cost use of city owned facilities to nonprofit entities. City Council also asked for study session to discuss waiving development fees for nonprofits. 

 

Staff has prepared some background information to assist the City Council in discussing these topics. Because both questions involve “nonprofit” entities, staff combined the topics for the purposes of streamlining the discussion.
