Interview Scheduling Discussion and Procedure Review

Summary and Background Information:
During the last round of interviews, I received feedback on interview scheduling communication with applicants. This discussion will be focused on the subcommittee's preference as to how I follow up with applicants to schedule interviews after not receiving a response after a certain amount of time. I would like to know the subcommittee's preference and receive direction if I need to modify the procedure.
