As Senate Bill 19-181 is nearing adoption, staff has begun to analyze possible changes that might be needed in the City’s Land Development Code as a result. The presentation will review some basics of the bill, and discuss categories that could be amended, including the adoption of Best Management Practices, possible zoning impacts, enforcement, and fees.
