Summary and Background Information: A request to discuss the following items was made by Council Member Frank:
Zoning Board of Adjustments - 15min before meeting, Orientation for new members or before meeting,
Meet new board members before. Include voting (make a video), procedures, maybe a picture of the dais and who sits there so they have the names of their board members.
Citizens Public - Nothing right now
CIPCAC - Some more information on how City Council does goals, and more interaction with City Council
Parks and Recreation - Once a month meeting - Co-Chair or Chair - taking it more of a role in the committee.
Planning commission and ED department better relationship and work more closely. Quarterly report with updates from PC and ED that goes to the residents of CC
When City Council does not follow the recommendation would like a report why? Or on bigger project get more input before we make a decision.
