Commerce City is requesting approval for the annexation of 3.52 acres. The properties to be annexed are owned by Saul Rodriguez Ronquillo and will contain two residential units. A vicinity map has been included for the specific location. All of the property is currently zoned with an Adams County Agriculture (A-1) zoning designation and is requested to be rezoned to Commerce City Agricultural (AG) via annexation zoning case Z-955-19, which is being processed concurrently.
