Summary and Background Information

Commerce City is requesting approval for the annexation of 3.52 acres. The properties to be annexed are owned by Saul Rodriguez Ronquillo and will contain two residential units. A vicinity map has been included for the specific location. All of the property is currently zoned with an Adams County Agriculture (A-1) zoning designation and is requested to be rezoned to Commerce City Agricultural (AG) via annexation zoning case Z-955-19, which is being processed concurrently. The public hearing for this annexation case is scheduled for May 6, 2019.
