RESOLUTION WAIVING DEVELOPMENT-RELATED FEES FOR THE NEW FULL-SERVICE RESTAURANTS IN THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY

City Council has expressed desire for additional full-service restaurants. To help staff with attraction efforts, Resolution 2019-29 proposes waiving pre-determined City-imposed development fees for the development of any new free-standing, full-service restaurant providing full table-service. Exhibit A of the resolution identifies the fees that shall be waived by the City in compliance with this resolution, if adopted.
