RESOLUTION APPROVING VENDING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH COMPASS GROUP USA, INC.

Summary and Background Information:
Currently the City utilizes vending services to offer food, beverage, and sundry items for resale to the public, visitors and staff in three City buildings. This new agreement will be dated May 1, 2018, to capture the additional installation at Bison Ridge Recreation Center approved by staff under the prior agreement and reflect the transfer of the contract coordination and maintenance to the Parks, Recreation and Golf Division.
The four locations designated for vending services are:
1) Eagle Pointe Recreation Center, 6060 Parkway Dr., Commerce City, CO 80022
2) Municipal Service Center, 8602 Rosemary St., Commerce City, CO 80022
3) City of Commerce City, Civic Center, 7787 E. 60th Ave., Commerce City, CO 80022
4.) Bison Ridge Recreation Center, 13905 E. 112th St., Commerce City, CO 80022
