Summary and Background Information: Commerce City is requesting approval for the annexation of roughly 158 acres. The property to be annexed is owned by Schuck DIA, LLC and will contain future Employment and light industrial/DIA technology development. A vicinity map has been included for the specific location. All of the property is currently zoned with an Adams County Agriculture zoning designation and is requested to be rezoned to Commerce City and incorporated into the proposed Nexus North at DIA PUD (Planned Unit Development) via zoning case Z-945-17-19, which is being processed concurrently. The public hearing for this annexation case is scheduled for March 18, 2019.
