Summary and Background Information:
The City Council approved the 2019 budget with money designated for core city infrastructure improvements and Irondale Neighborhood Plan “Quick Items” in the CIPP. In preparation for planning and scheduling work for 2019 City staff needs guidance from Council regarding what those capital improvement projects should entail.
The attached presentation will hopefully assist that discussion.
