Summary and Background Information: The City Council Legislative Subcommittee met on September 10, 2018, to review all the statewide ballot measures certified by the Colorado Secretary of State for the November 2018 General Election. After considerable dialog, the subcommittee recommends that the full council take a position on four separate issues appearing on the ballot.
