Summary and Background Information:The City Council Legislative Subcommittee met on September 10, 2018, to review all the state-wide ballot measures certified by the Colorado Secretary of State for the November 2018 General Election. After considerable dialog, the subcommittee recommends that the full council take a position on four separate issues apearing on the ballot.
