Summary and Background Information:
During the February 2018 City Council planning retreat, City Council identified the desire to consider its goals and evaluate the possibility of revising them. The city has initiated a process to solicit information from City Council members individually, which has been summarized in the attached word document. The purpose of this meeting will be to share the individual feedback of Council Members and reach consensus among the City Council about their goals.
Background: The City Council’s goals drive the city’s annual work plan, established to make progress on achieving City Council’s goals.
