Summary and Background Information:  This item will approve a permanent drainage easement to Schuck Communities who is developing the DIA Tech Center site from Tower Road to Buckley Road and from East 81^st Avenue to the south side of Second Creek. The easement is needed to provide an outfall from a sub-regional detention pond which is proposed to be located on Lot 1 of DIA Tech Center Filing No. 9 to Second Creek.  The outfall structure is proposed to be on City owned open space.
