Summary and Background Information:  The Metro Wastewater Reclamation District is requesting permission to enter city owned properties along 2^nd Creek from approximately 81^st Ave. to Hwy 2 in order to perform land surveys, utility locates and limited excavations such as potholing in relation to Second Creek and Sand Creek interceptor system improvements. The Metro Wastewater Reclamation District will restore all disturbed areas and remove all temporary markers, stakes, etc.
