Summary and Background Information

The applicant is requesting approval for the rezoning of 7225 E. 60th Way from C-3 (Commercial) to R-2 (Two-Family Residential). NOTE:   The applicant has withdrawn his application; therefore the property will remain C-3.  There will not be a public hearing on this case.

 

The subject property is currently zoned C-3 and has a non-conforming single family detached residence on the site. This zone change to R-2 will bring the existing use into compliance with the zoning.
