Summary and Background Information: This item would approve granting an access easement to the Fairmount Cemetery Company (Riverside Cemetery) in order to relocate their entry to York Street. RTD is pursuing this relocation as a part of the North Metro Rail Line project in order to eliminate an at-grade vehicle crossing with the new tracks.
