Summary and Background Information: CDOT is installing a low bridge warning system on York Street, in advance of the BNSF railroad bridge, just west of Brighton Road. In order to install these improvements in the city’s right-of-way it is necessary to enter into an intergovernmental agreement which details installation, maintenance, and removal of the device.
