2018 City Council Retreat Follow Up and Work Plan Development

Summary and Background Information:
City Council held a planning retreat in February 2018 to identify priorities for the 2019 work plan and budget. City Council identified 6 specific priority outcomes for 2019 and gave staff direction to prepare Objectives that would advance those priority outcomes. In addition, during the 2018 retreat the City Council added some priority actions to the 2018 work plan, which are included in the presentation. Staff has completed the development of objectives for the 2019 work plan for city council’s consideration and feedback.
