Summary and Background Information:
City Council held a planning retreat in February 2018 to identify priorities for the 2019 work plan and budget. City Council also identified 3 new priority outcomes for the 2018 work plan and gave staff direction to prepare a plan that would advance those priority outcomes. Staff has completed the development of an action plan to address City Council’s identified priority outcome areas for years 2018 and 2019 and is seeking feedback from the City Council.
