Summary and Background Information:
On December 7, 2015 the City approved an Agreement for Appointment of Municipal Court Judge appointing David R. Juarez as the Municipal Court Judge for a two-year term which appointment was extended by Resolution No. 2017-125 to the date of February 5, 2018. On February 5, 2018, the City Council extended the appointment and modified the compensation of Mr. Juarez. The First Amendment to be approved by this resolution reflects the current terms and provisions of the Judge's contract.
