Summary and Background Information: This item will amend the Intergovernmental Agreement with CDOT for federal reimbursement of the design and construction of various improvements on Colorado Boulevard from East 68th Avenue to East 72nd Avenue in connection with the North Metro rail line. This amendment has been requested by CDOT to bring the IGA into compliance with revisions to federal regulations regarding the administration of federally funded projects. The amendment does not change the funding of the project.
