Summary and Background Information:
Prior to incoming council members being sworn into office on December 4th, city staff and the current City Council will provide to incoming council members a “Quick Start Guide” with key information, in overview fashion, along with insights from outgoing council members to enable new council members to transition through the first few weeks of office. When time permits, more comprehensive updates on key subject areas of interest will be provided during regular meetings and study sessions.
