Summary and Background Information

This is an updated application from November 6th. The petition and legal notice have been updated to reflect the correct information.

 

Property Information

                     The properties are already annexed into Commerce City, and zoned as part of the Second Creek Village PUD.

                     The properties south of the 2nd Creek Floodplain are designated for commercial development, and those north of the 2nd Creek Floodplain are designated for residential development.

                     No development is currently proposed.

 

Inclusion information

                     The properties will be included into SACWSD.

                     The remaining properties within the Second Creek Village PUD are already included within the NIGID.

                     11 total parcels associated with this request:  two owned by Tri B Associates and nine owned by 217 Associates.

 

The applicant has met all requirements for inclusion.
