Summary and Background Information:
The Municipal Court Judge's current contract terminates at the Council's organization meeting in December. Given the seating of the new City Council that evening and the scheduled "State of the Court" presentation in February, the resolution extends the judge's appointment and authorizes a related amendment to his employment agreement until the Council can conduct a review that evening.
