Summary and Background Information: The City was awarded funding from the state in 2012 and spent a portion of it to acquire a couple of properties along Sand Creek (Weaver or WE Holdings and Multi-Contractors.) This funding of $1,160,000 will be used for remediation and restoration of the two properties.
