Summary and Background Information: Mid-Rail Real Estate, LLC. is requesting approval for the annexation of roughly 1.2 acres. The property to be annexed is owned by Mid-Rail Real Estate, LLC and will contain future industrial uses.  A vicinity map has been included for the specific location. All of the property is currently zoned with an Adams County zoning designation and is requested to be rezoned to Commerce City Intsel Properties PUD (Planned Unit Development) via zoning case Z-943-17, which is being processed concurrently. The public hearing for this annexation case is scheduled for November 20, 2017.
