Discussion regarding Council Ethics Policy update

Summary and Background Information: At the July 10, 2017, special meeting, the City Council voted to have the City Attorney review and provide recommendations to update Council Policy #14, Ethics Policy (attached). The purpose of the study session is to solicit initial City Council input on necessary updates to CP-14. Further study sessions will be held with the next City Council to determine whether and to what extent discrete updates should be made.
