Summary and Background Information:
The new recreation center will be opening in the Spring of 2018. The procurement of Furniture Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) will be required for the startup of the new facility.
This session will be a review of the process to date and moving forward to select and procure the FF&E for the facility. Elements of the major categories (furniture, fitness equipment, gymnastics equipment, maintenance equipment, and catering kitchen equipment) will be shared. The total budget and estimated costs will be reviewed along with next steps.
