Summary and Background Information:  In 2016, the NE Metro Coalition was formed and then submitted an Inspire Initiative planning grant. The planning grant was awarded and completed. As a piece of the planning grant, the next step of the process was to apply for the implementation grant. The implementation grant was designed to improve youth and family connections with the outdoors in underserved communities near the Rocky Mountain National Wildlife Refuge.
