Summary and Background Information:
The city owns certain property that is currently in the service area of the Sable Altura Fire Protection District ("Sable Altura"). Sable Altura and South Adams County Fire Protection District ("South Adams") have agreed that the property should be excluded from Sable Altura's service area and included in the South Adams service area.
