Emerging from last month's discussion related to potential updates to the current marijuana ordinance, City Council requested an additional study session to discuss the proposed ordinance and potential caps on retail establishments based on council wards. The study session will include a review of the draft ordinance, the potential impacts of any proposed scenarios, and a discussion of the options moving forward.
