Summary and Background Information: Upon recommendation from the Commerce City Parks, Recreation & Golf Advisory Committee, staff will share, for council review, the proposed fees and charges for recreation facilities. The presentation will review existing fees and charges, market value (metro area comparisons), and recommended fees and charges supported by the Parks, Recreation & Golf Advisory Committee.

Financial Impact: The fees and charges that are adopted will have an impact on revenue associated with the new and existing recreation centers once the new recreation center opens in the spring of 2018 and the existing recreation center renovation and expansion is complete winter 2019.
Staff Recommendation: City Council to take action on proposed fees and charges at the August 7 or August 21, 2017 City Council meeting.
