The subject property is located at 10020 Havana Street, which is between E. 96th Ave. and E. 104th Ave, along Havana Street. The site is approximately 1.32 acres.  The site is currently vacant, but industrial development is proposed as part of case D-288-17 which is being processed administratively.  The requested zone district of I-2 for the subject property aligns with the Comprehensive Plan designation of Industrial/Distribution.  The proposed development of the property is subject to the industrial design standards within the Land Development Code.
