1st Quarter 2017 Work Plan Update

The Commerce City annual work plan tool has evolved over time and grown in its ability to manage, track and report progress on City Council’s priorities. The 2017 work plan was built around the 5 City Council Goals; it contains 20 outcomes, 103 objectives, 276 strategies and 626 tactics. City Manager Brian McBroom will give an overview of the development of the work plan as a strategic planning tool. Deputy City Manager Troy Smith will review 1st quarter results for the 2017 work plan and highlight a new software implementation that will enhance the work plan in the future. IT Director Justin Bingham will demonstrate the new software system for City Council and residents.
