Summary and Background Information:
Pursuant to a previous agreement, the City sold to the District, land for construction of its administration building and agreed to grant the District a parking easement to use the City's existing parking lot adjacent to the Civic Center. The attached Easement and Deed Agreement is the result of negotiations between the City and the District .
