Summary and Background Information: 

This item will approve two permanent drainage easements to Jay Foley Properties, LLC who is developing the DTS Truck Terminal site at 10391 Havana Street. The easements are needed to convey storm drainage from their site to the City’s storm sewer infrastructure.
