Summary and Background Information

REGen, LLC, the City of Commerce City, and the Commerce City Urban Renewal Authority are requesting approval of the vacation of Dahlia Street right-of-way between E. 64th Avenue and E. 62nd Avenue so that the area can be incorporated into the redevelopment of the Mile High Greyhound Park Site. This application is being processed concurrently with a zoning case (Z-941-17).

 

The applicant would like to include the subject property as part of the redevelopment of the Mile High Greyhound Park Site. The existing utilities will remain in an easement and the area will be landscaped consistent with the redevelopment of the property.
