The City of Commerce City is requesting approval for the annexation of roughly 1.7 acres. The subject property is located at the south-west corner of Brighton Road and E. 88th Avenue. All of the property is currently zoned Adams County Industrial -1 and is requested to be rezoned to Commerce City C-3 via zoning case Z-938-16, being processed concurrently.
