Summary and Background Information:
This item will approve two permanent easements to United Power associated with work on the Tower Road Widening project. As a part of the project, staff worked with United Power to modify the location of their underground facilities to avoid other utilities and the storm sewer crossings at Gramma Gulch and Second Creek. United Power’s facilities are now located outside of the previously identified easement and the City must grant them new easements to accommodate these changes.
