Summary and Background InformationBeginning the 2016-2017 program year, the city became a direct recipient of funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The city previously received a CDBG allocation through Adams County. This will be the first year as a direct recipient.
