RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE PARKS, RECREATION AND GOLF ADVISORY COMMITTEE

Summary and Background Information: Resolution 2016-12 created this advisory committee with 13 members, 2 of which were reserved for City Council, 11 at large, with 3 of those at large positions reserved for youth. There have been no applications to fill the slots specified for youth members, and the committee members voted at their September 20, 2016 meeting to open the membership to any qualified individual of the age of at least thirteen (13). This will provide opportunity for interested youth to serve, without leaving unfilled positions on the committee.
