Summary and Background Information: 

This item will award a construction contract to Brannan Sand and Gravel Company, LLC for a mill and overlay project to improve portions of 96^th Avenue, 120^th Avenue, Fulton Street, and the MSC Parking Lot, as part of its annual Pavement Management Program as detailed in 2016-03-PM and to conduct an intersection and signal improvement project at 120^th and Buckley Road as detailed in 2014-09-PW.
