Summary and Background Information

This item will approve an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Regional Transportation District (RTD) for the construction of pedestrian and roadway improvements in two locations near the Civic Center. The improvements are needed to facilitate new bus service (Route 62) to Dick’s Sporting Goods Park and the Civic Center beginning this fall, upon completion of Central Park Boulevard and Prairie Parkway Extension.

 

RTD will pay for a majority of the improvements (up to $20,400) with the City paying for the remainder, ($8,600).
