Summary and Background Information: 

Commerce City is requesting approval for the annexation of roughly 38 acres. The property to be annexed is owned by the city and will be a portion of the future 2^nd Creek Park site. A vicinity map has been included for the specific location. All of the property is currently zoned with an Adams County Agriculture - 3 zoning designation and is requested to be rezoned to Commerce City Public via zoning case Z-934-16, which is being processed concurrently.
