Summary and Background Information: 

•      The voters approved the issuance of bonds to pay for the 2-K projects.

•      To issue bonds in September requires that the bond ordinance be presented on Aug 1 and Aug 15 for Council approval.

•      The attached Registrar Paying Agent Agreement, Continuing Disclosure Certificate and Bond Purchase Agreement are in draft form but provide a good sense of what will be in the final documents on August 15.

•      The Preliminary Official Statement is long and still in rough draft form; so it is available for review if anyone wishes; but it won't be sent out until the packet for the Aug 15 meeting goes out.
